Refund Policy

At Texas Notary and Business Consultant, we are committed to providing reliable and professional services. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final once services have been rendered.

Non-Refundable Services

• Notarizations completed and signed

• Document delivery services once initiated

• Consultations or appointments that have taken place

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases where:

• A service was paid for but not performed due to our error

• A duplicate payment was made
