Welcome to Texas Notary and Consultant. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

We provide mobile notary, document delivery, and business consulting services in the Fort Worth/DFW area. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Payments

We accept payments via Square and PayPal. By submitting payment, you agree to the terms of service provided by your selected payment processor:

All payments must be made in full prior to services being rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Refunds

As outlined in our [Refund Policy], no refunds will be issued once services have been rendered. Exceptions may apply in cases of duplicate payment or service error.

4. Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Disputes

If you have a concern about a transaction, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute through Square or PayPal. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and professionally.

6. Liability

We are bonded and carry Errors & Omissions insurance. However, we are not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
